Making the shortlist

All properties are initially scouted, sourced and viewed by us to ensure they fit your criteria, saving you valuable time and effort. These are then whittled down to a select few before presentation.

Our unparalleled research and analysis will provide you with invaluable insights which are proven to secure best value. Whilst our relationships with agents and developers not only gives us immediate access and insight it also often enables us to secure preferential access to properties before they come to market.

The Final Cut

At this point we accompany you around the shortlisted properties and surrounding area. Should one be right we will then proceed to negotiation, due diligence and completion. If however they aren’t suitable we will continue searching till we find the right one.

Our experience enables us to negotiate the best price for you and then remove the stress related to progressing a sale through to completion.
